Clyde William Prince 1930-1999

The house Clyde was born in still stands today on the main street of town. Clyde was a member of the Sherwood Church Of Christ. He is the youngest son of David and Della Prince and the great, great, great grandson of Hardy Prince (1770-1855) who settled in Crow Creek Valley near Lost Cove about 1810. Clyde served 26 years in the U.S. Army and did tours of duty in both the Korean War and the Viet-Nam War.
